Order policy

A minimum order value of USD 500,-- and the following minimum order quantities are required:

Hand-made items min. 10pc per design and size
Casting items min. 10pc per design and size
Custom-made items
(Made-to-order)
min. 30pc per design and size



How to order

Get a quotation.
Select the items you are interested in. Take down the model numbers of the items you would like to purchase. Follow the link Request for quotation and fill up the online quotation form. Please follow the instructions provided in the form and carefully review the model numbers and quantities before submitting the quotation. Alternatively, you can request a quotation via email to sales@silveritas.com.

Silveritas will return a quotation to you via email-attachment within the next few working days. If you don't have an email account, Silveritas will mail or fax the quotation to you. Please note that Silveritas does not publish any standard prices on its Webpage since prices depend on the order quantity and current market prices of silver. We also reserve the right to change quoted prices until the time an order is confirmed in case of major fluctuations in silver prices. In these cases, we will contact the customer for reconfirmation. Create a purchase order.
After you received the quotation and you decided to place an order for the quoted prices, follow the link Print purchase order and print off the form called Purchase order. Fill up the form by entering the model numbers, quantities and prices. Acknowledge the terms of payment on the purchase order and sign the form. After the form has been completed, fax the purchase order to Silveritas. Alternatively, you can also send the purchase order by regular mail to the following address:

Silveritas will acknowledge your purchase order by returning a sales order to you.


Payment
Transfer a deposit of 30% via telegraphic transfer(T/T). The outstanding payment amount of 70% plus freight charges are to be transferred once the products are ready for shipment. Instruct your house bank using the following Payment details.



Shipping policy

We will send the final invoice including freight charges (based on the prices of your preferred shipping agency including UPS, DHL or FedEX). The delivery to you will take between 4-5 working days.


Refund policy

There are no refunds for purchased items. If the customer receives a defective item, it needs to be determined if the damage was caused by the shipping agency. Items already defected at the time of shipment will be replaced by Silveritas with the same model upon receipt of the damaged item. Alternatively, Silveritas can grant a credit against the next order upon receipt of the damaged item. Defective items need to be reported within 7 days after receipt by the customer. After that period no further claims can be made.
